CONCEPT AGREEMENT TERMS
1. Secure Retainer A booking retainer of $1,000 AUD is required to finalize this customized framework and lock in your priority availability on our studio calendar.
2. Postponement & Flexibility Because your exact wedding venue and calendar date are currently to-be-confirmed, this retainer remains 100% flexible. If your final date selection conflicts with our pre-existing availability, your retainer is completely transferable to a new date or fully refundable.
3. Framework Modifications You have complete flexibility to upgrade, add experiential coverage packs, or adjust keepsake options within this contract framework at any point leading up to your wedding day. Package values cannot be reduced below the baseline configuration once paid and/or secured.
